No annoying E-mails

sometimes you might get an annoying email that someone replied to a topic you are watching
if you dont like it. go to profile and under watched topics select all and press dont watch topics.
Sometimes when you start a topic it may add it to your watched topics... just do the same thing.

even better shamguy4... you can go to profile and under preferences, make sure you tick no to the "watch for replies" option
also when posting a new topic below the writing box is another place... make sure "watch this topic" is not set
